"Passion challenge, youth flying" -- FROTISE 2017 outdoor development training activity

        Summer heat, passion! From July 31 to August 1, the company organized all employees to go to Qingyuan xinyinzhan hot spring development base to carry out a two-day and one night "passion challenge, youth flying" outdoor development training activity. The main purpose of this activity is to strengthen communication and cooperation among teams, enhance cohesion, enhance mutual communication among employees, release pressure, integrate into corporate culture, and strengthen the sense of belonging to the enterprise.
         At the beginning of the activity, under the guidance of Deying training instructor, the training started with a series of cultural construction such as team building, team leader election, team flag design, team song and team shape drill. After a brainstorming of three teams, the loud team slogan, the loud team song and the characteristic team logo appeared, one by one. "Kilimanjaro team", "training team" and "bullying team", with distinct personality and full of strength, three groups of team image opened the prelude of expansion.
In the next two days of training, the members of the three teams challenged seven tasks, such as, "trust back fall", "finger pressure board (step by step)", "field storm", "Hanoi Tower", "decisive battlefield", "jigsaw board" and "graduation wall". Each well-designed expansion project has aroused everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm. In the process of the activity, everyone actively participates in, faces difficulties and goes up, boldly challenges themselves, and the team members cheer on each other, encourage each other, overcome psychological obstacles, and do not avoid not give up. Every time I finish a task, what I get is endless laughter and what I get is full of feeling.
        "Trust back fall" breaks the gap between team members through physical contact, advances emotional communication, and feels the sense of responsibility, which undoubtedly plays a role in enhancing organizational trust and promoting the development of follow-up projects.
After experiencing this task test, we fully realized the management consciousness and art closely related to work, such as team trust, effective communication, transposition thinking, reasonable organization, leadership, execution and team cooperation.
        Finally, in the task of climbing over the "graduation wall" of more than 4 meters, at the beginning, everyone thought it was a difficult obstacle to cross. Even if it did, it would take a long time. But we didn't flinch because of this. Under the guidance of the training instructor, with a great effort in our hearts, we worked together without fear of hardship and tacit cooperation and support, miraculously completed the turnover of all the staff in less than 9 minutes. At the moment of completion, I believe that everyone's heart is full of moving and great sense of achievement and pride! We understand that the strength of the team is huge, and success belongs to every member of the team. Without the cooperation and joint efforts of every member of the team, many things are difficult to achieve. Secondly, difficulties are real, but they tend to expand in imagination. Overcoming yourself is the first step to success!
        There is no doubt that the two-day expansion activities are short-lived, but we believe that the joy and insights we gain will always accompany our future work. Through this expansion activity, we enhanced our understanding of team strength, felt the importance of trust, cooperation, communication, goal, cohesion, mutual motivation and harmonious interpersonal relationship, promoted our sense of belonging to the big family of "controlling the state" and showed the spirit of "controlling the state people". We believe that in the future work, all employees of the company will work together to create a new brilliant chapter!
